hustlegainz gerard about me

Hey fellow gym rats!

My name is Gerard and I’m a tech industry worker just like many of you. For the past 7 years, I’ve been on a journey to get fit and stay that way, and today I’m excited to share my story and the lessons I’ve learned along the way through this website.

When I first started working in the tech industry, I found myself sitting in an office for 8 hours a day, working for both big tech companies and small startups. I quickly realized that my sedentary lifestyle was taking a toll on my health and well-being, and I knew I needed to make a change. I gain a lot of weight and my self-confidence was low.

That’s when I decided to start working out. At first, it was just a couple of days a week, but over time I gradually increased my workouts. Now I’m exercising 6-7 days a week and I love it. Fitness is part of my life and I feel the need for training, it’s not homework but joy and pleasure.

I experimented with different types of training from endurance to pure strength and I’ve settled on a hybrid training program that combines running, CrossFit, and strength training.

As I continued to train, I noticed that I was getting stronger and more fit, but I also realized that there was more to getting fit than just working out. I started to pay more attention to my nutrition and learned about fat burning, fasting, metabolic flexibility… I also made a point to focus on weight loss, and after months of hard work, I was finally able to lose the weight and achieve the six-pack I’d always wanted. Now I stay lean the whole year with low effort. The right habits make things easy.

I created this blog because I’m passionate about both fitness and business, and I believe that there’s a lot of overlap between the two. Just like building a business takes hard work and dedication, so does getting fit. And just like a business requires a well thought out plan, so does your fitness journey.

I also want to create great content for the people looking to get fit and interested in business, I know that the average Joe can get fit and stay fit with the right mindset and approach. I’m living proof of that, and I hope my story can inspire you to take your first step towards a healthier, fitter you.

Love ya,
